CHOCEX (Chocolate Expo China) is China's specialist chocolate exhibition, organised by Chinno Exhibitions. The winter edition takes place at the Hangzhou International Expo Center, Xiaoshan, from 25–27 December 2026 — timed to the year-end gifting and confectionery season.

The 2026 Shenzhen edition gathered domestic craft chocolate brands alongside invited international chocolate brands, spanning single-origin craft bars, flavoured chocolate, European artisan makers and cocoa-origin producer brands, with on-site tasting and competition programming.
