CHOCEX (Chocolate Expo China) is China's specialist chocolate exhibition, organised by Chinno Exhibitions. Since its launch it has run in two cities annually — a summer edition in Shenzhen and a winter edition in Hangzhou — covering both the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta confectionery buyer bases.

The 2026 Shenzhen edition gathered domestic craft chocolate brands alongside invited international chocolate brands, spanning single-origin craft bars, flavoured chocolate, European artisan makers and cocoa-origin producer brands, with on-site tasting and competition programming.

The show covers bean-to-bar craft chocolate, cocoa raw materials, chocolate equipment and finished products, with professional competitions and industry talks.
SourceCHOCEX is held multiple times a year across China (Shenzhen in July, Hangzhou in December, plus Shanghai and Wuhan editions), linking to over 2,000 chocolate shops, bakeries and cafes for year-round promotion. It positions itself as a specialist gathering for the cocoa and chocolate market, with a focus on craft and single-origin chocolate.
