CHOCEX (Chocolate Expo China) is China's specialist chocolate exhibition, organised by Chinno Exhibitions. In 2026 it runs in two cities — Shenzhen in summer (24–26 July, Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, Futian) and Hangzhou in winter (25–27 December, Hangzhou International Expo Center, Xiaoshan).

The 2026 Shenzhen edition gathered domestic craft chocolate brands alongside invited international chocolate brands, spanning single-origin craft bars, flavoured chocolate, European artisan makers and cocoa-origin producer brands, with on-site tasting and competition programming.

SourceCHOCEX is held multiple times a year across China (Shenzhen in July, Hangzhou in December, plus Shanghai and Wuhan editions), linking to over 2,000 chocolate shops, bakeries and cafes for year-round promotion. It positions itself as a specialist gathering for the cocoa and chocolate market, with a focus on craft and single-origin chocolate.
