Hotel & Shop Plus is Shanghai's one-stop procurement fair for the construction and operation of hotel, commercial, office and public spaces. For 2027, the show has been upgraded from the original "Hotel + Shop" twin ecosystem into the "H-S-O" (Hotel + Shop + Office & Public) platform, expanding into the office and public-space field.

Hotel & Shop Plus 2027 takes place 30 March – 2 April 2027 at SNIEC in Shanghai, organised by Sinoexpo Informa Markets and supported by the China Tourist Hotel Association, China Commerce Association for General Merchandise, China Association of Lighting Industry and ISSA, uniting over 2,000 exhibitors and 130,000 professional buyers across 210,000 sqm.
SourceFor 2027 the show has evolved from the original Hotel + Shop dual-core concept into an upgraded H-S-O-P ecosystem, integrating a new Office & Public Space zone that broadens scope from hospitality and retail to office design and public facilities, covering construction materials, smart tech, eco-friendly solutions, lighting, cleaning and operations.
